A Continue to stimulate the discussions of present and future needs for improvements to the transportation infrastructure in the County of Kern..

1. Educate Citizens of Kern County transportation infrastructure. (Speakers Bureau)

2. Show KTF Video to service clubs and professional organizations and community groups.

B. Support the development of a High Speed Rail system.

C. Support efforts to expand funding and use of public transit.

D. Discourage the Federal and State Governments from diverting Transportation Funds to balance their budgets.
